Our Team

Our interdisciplinary team has extensive experience and training in the functional restoration model of rehabilitation.  Functional restoration focuses on reducing the physical limitations experienced by individuals following an accident or injury.  The approach emphasizes physical health, education, and exploration of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be derailing your personal goals.
